628 Dorothea Drive

628 Dorothea has arrived to deliver the impossible: a gobsmacking deep backyard in a white hot urban setting. Bordered by sprawling Dix Park, the bustling Warehouse District, and Historic Boylan Heights, this recent build strikes the perfect balance of modernity and character. With soaring ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, oversized windows, site finished hardwoods, three porches, a tremendously upgraded kitchen, a large bonus room and remarkable storage, she's a cozy oasis in the heart of Raleigh.
